Well I want to lose like 10-15 lbs and I was wondering if I lower my calorie intake by like 600 a day but increase my protein will I still lose a lot of muscle. I am working out a lot running and strength training trying to eat healthy In college kind of hard but still trying. I take vitamins so I get some of the nutrition I need.

No, as long as you you continue with high intensity strenght training, and do cardio and burn more calories than you take in each day you wont lose muscle.  But you must take in at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight to maintain what muscle you have.  The strength training is very important as weight training(muscle) is the only tissue in your body that will burn calories all day long, whereas cardio only burns calories for about an hour or so.  Too much cardio can be as bad as not enough cardio.  This willallow you too burn fat without losing muscle.
