its a chemical imbalance in the brain that triggers delusions.I have met 3 people with schizophrenia (diagnosed)Sometimes I wonder if I have it. And then again I dont have invisible friends in the sky, nor talking dead people, rather just weird voices inside my own head.

it is a man made diseaseI happen to see many people having that live happily with healthy skin  and they kill to live for years and they shout and cut otherspeople suffer only if they hurt others or they didn't belong to the doers groupalmost 90 % of the world is schizophreniac but they say it as a disease only if they suffer the remaining  % are doers of the diseases

Neurological damage to the brain caused by diseases or genetics over time. I can see why people in the past believed in demons since there weren't any scientific explanations at that time.
