I would like to find an herbal that I can take to help with focus, concentration and short term memory that possibly is a mood elevator as well. I am thinking of trying St. Johns wort but would like other options. Also I would appreiciate recomendations on what brands are reputable and where I might purchase them. I am thinking of GNC maybe because I would rather not order online and my local resources are limited.
