I took emergency contraception and got my "period" about 3 days later (about 2 1/2 weeks earlier than I was supposed to).  I only bled for about 3-4 days.  My question is, will I get my next period when I was scheduled to get it before I took EC?  Or will I get it about 28 days from when I finished bleeding after I took EC?

Most likely you will get it 28 days from when you finished bleeding after the EC, the EC probably made your period come a little early so don't expect it to come when it was originally scheduled.
