Ok, we all know that it has been rough for John McCain. Today, Sarah Palin made the most ignorant speech for her to date. In her first attempt to actually talk about a cause near and dear to her heart, "children with special needs", she attempted to talk about government spending. In her speech she announces that a McCain/Palin administration will seek to cut down on spending of frivolous causes like research on fruit flies and other irrelevant research projects and focus money on early diagnosis and help for families of children with special needs. FIRST OFF... If McCain proposes a freeze on all government programs until the funding can be appropriately delegated, how will that effect those programs? SECONDLY....That "fruit fly"research that Palin so aptly pointed out is a program on genetic research of trends leading to diseases like autism. LOL Unbelievable. Her sister has a child with autism. I work with children and adults with autism and I was excited to hear her speech this morning. I was utterly embarrassed for her and ashamed that the McCain campaign let her speak. Problems:1.Now with this idiot girl that works for their campaign and the hoax about her being sexually assaulted with a carving of a backward B on her face.2.John McCain's brother calling 911 to complain about traffic and then giving a reply of "FU** YOU" when the operator asked if he called 911 for that. LMAO 3.McCain's legal advisor and Bush's former press secretary endorsing Obama. 4.Tapes surfacing of Lieberman announcing that a new president would be "tested" within the first year of their administration years ago, totally negating the argument that Biden's remark was somehow odd.5.Sarah Palin's denial of using all the clothes purchased for her AND the fact that her makeup artist (that works for "So You Think You Can Dance)..A report supported from the McCain campaign.6.Rumors of campaign workers resigning due to being upset with how the campaign has been handled. These stories are being leaked to the press so I don't know if they are true. However..Why can't his people get their stuff together. There is only 2 weeks until the election and it's like they are throwing it away. Republicans should be outraged.

If McCain runs the country like he runs his campaign, we're all in trouble.  Luckily, I don't see where we'll have to face that possibility.

It's not McCain's destiny to be President. Pure and simple. His campaign is imploding, his VP is out of control and his staffers are trying to desert a sinking ship. It's called Karma baby. McCain has let things get out of hand and has basically started a race war in this country. He will reap what he has sown.

This is the first time as a registered voter that I will not vote because all of the candidates suck!!! I am a prior service military member and I refuse to vote for Osama I mean Obama because any man that is going to negate the principles that the United States of America was built on. Palin has been the worst for the McCain party because she is a snooty ignirant woman.

They're not killing their cause, it was stillborn.  ALL McCan't has to offer is that he was a prisoner of war.  That's not a recommendation for leading the most powerful nation on Earth - it's not even a recommendation for being elected mayor of a small village.Experience?  What, as a Republican puppet? And let's not forget that he capitulated to the North Vietnamese almost before they asked.  We need a "chief surrenderer"?Barbi McMoose?  She wanted Alaska to secede from the Union, so why is she running for office for a country she despises?  She should be running for VP of Alaska.  What "experience" does she have?  Oh, yes - staff meeting on Monday to discuss the check signings on Thursday.  We don't need any more blank checks.Obama, OTOH, was a professor of Constitutional law.  At least he knows that the Constitution isn't "just a piece of paper".  I wonder if Palin even knows what the Constitution is.  (She didn't know what the duties of the job she's running for are.)  the plan now being worked out in Iraq is his plan. This is a World Series between the Devil Rays and your local B-Ball kids.  It's so uneven a race that it's amazing McCan't doesn't just throw in the towel and save everyone the suspense.

Because, McCain somehow got the nut job vote, every deranged, maladjusted, unbalanced miscreant, who was denied access to state run mental institutions, that Ronald Reagan all but did away with(his first tax cuts upon taking office, he privatized this), now it has come back to nest in this election, I have already absenteed my vote for McCain here in California, as well as my wife did too.  It is not his fault these aliens waiting for the mother ship have felt McCain needs their help, with or without his permission.  I would rather vote for an unpopular hero, than a person who never served, having the ultimate say on how to protect our nation against foreign threats, as well as someone who has had decades voting in the legislature, versus someone who barely got his feet wet in his 2nd term, to address what ails our economy.  Even though Obama is clearly the more eloquent, charismatic speaker, what has he ever solved to date, except putting your fears to rest with his silver tongue, while he leaves you spellbound you forget what the real issue is and leave without a solution, but feeling better about not having a solution.  As far as Biden, he knows how to play himself down, as far as Palin she is similar to Mr. Potatohead(Quayle), and we won't have to break glass in case of emergency.  Here's a riddle for you all :Why don't sharks eat Constitutional Law lawyers?  Professional Courtesy

I really like McCain, I think we should blame BUSH because McCain should have been president in 2000, but Bush sabotaged his campaign with lies. Now he is too old to run again if he loses. I almost feel like giving him a sympathy vote if I hadn't already voted for Obama. McCain is a nice guy.
