My son is going in for his 2 month check up today and he is getting 4 shots. I heard about not letting them get to many shots at one time because of autism. What did you guys do? I am a stay at home mom so I can go back anytime i don't have any schedule conflict so should i mention this to the doctor?

If you want to space them out, you can request that.  However, autism is not caused by shots.  If you spread them out, you'll just have a crying baby that many more times.  I say just get them all done.

I am spacing them out. With my first I just did the regualr schedule, but I want to space them with #2. He's 14 days old and I don't think there's an issue either way, just what you're comfortable with.
