My 3 year old jumped onto my treadmill while it was off and pressed a button and it threw him off of the treadmill and scraped off his skin down to the white part.   I immediately took him to the E.R. where he was given some double antibiotic cream and gauze's to cover his multiple wounds. However, I would like to know what can I use to help the pigment in his skin to return to his normal color?

sorry, you can't.  What forms after that sort of injury is basically scar tissue, aside from putting makeup on it, you cannot change the pigmentation of scar tissue.
