I think I may be allergic to beer. Whenever I drink more than one or two I always get sick and throw up.

I do have a low tolerence, but I'm able to handle tequila and vodka and stuff.

What should I do?

If you want to avoid both wheat and barley, then your only option left is sorghum. Luckily, there are several beers that are brewed with this gluten-free ingredient: New Grist, Bard's Tale Dragon's Gold, and (probably most widely available) Redbridge from Anhueser-Busch. They don't completely suck (see SoB Show 28 for more details), and might just do the trick for you. Good luck!

You could be allergic to alcohol although that might not be the case if you drink vodka and other liquors. I do know that alcohol allergies are more prevalent in Asians from what I have read before. When I was in college I thought I might be allergic to alcohol and had looked it up. I might have had a slight-allergy but I think I became acclimated or immune to the alcohol. It could have been that I just couldn't handle my alcohol.
