I have sensitive skin and recently moved to a new country.the rash started on my chest, then spread all over to the base of my neck and onto the top of my back. Very itchy and pink, little bumps. Also a little on my arms, and sometimes my legs too, but i think that might be an irratation from shaving.. but it is also itchy. went to the dermatologist and he prescribed Allegra and some sort of antiallergy lotion, but three days later it doesnt seem to be affecting the situation, perhaps it is even getting worse. Also the medication makes made me sick the first time i took it i think. I mean nausea and vomitting. i am living in a dorm room and really dont need this right now.. help! note: no i have not eaten any strange sea food or anything... i dont have any known food allergies, perhaps just the usual nuts or oranges but that is if i eat tons of them...and i havent..

It could be anything from a bug bite (I get rashes and bumps from mosquitoes and fleas) or something that they wash the clothing in otherwise you are really going to have to consider the fact that this country doesn't agree with you and find a job elsewhere.

Since you moved it sounds to me something relating to stress.  Make sure that your dorm is not infected with bed lice or something like that as that will cause those bumps and itchiness.

try to use some aloe-vera on skin. it helps skin the best with no side effects or anything. and resist the feeling of itching. itching makes it worse.and clean up your room once .

Hi an_utka
Drink more n more water and make sure that your dorm is not infected with bed lice.
You can try with aloe-vera also because it doesn't have any side effect.
Concern to skin specialist or I can say you can change your doctor.
