Oh no! What am I to do? I have one pinkish white lump( looks like acne) on my testical!! How did I get this? I am a vigin so it cant be a STD, so what the hell is this SH*T! Last night I had spilled,hot almost burning, water on my testicals and the next day I have a pinkish white lump! I am planing on going to the hospital, but I am not sure what to ask!

Sounds like harmless folliculitis or a sebaceous cyst. Heat and sweat can aggravate folliculitis. Folliculitis is treated with topical or oral antibiotics sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus, a bacteria that resides on the surface of everyone's skin.Keeping the area dry and using a topical antibiotic should clear it up. As with any medical advice consult your physician before embarking on any treatment program.
