I've been wanting to make a few major changes that should be made. I'm wondering how to be motivated to make these changes and reach my goals because I always seem to go off track. And there is not a lot of motivation.Goals: 1. Lose the fat off my hips. Go on a diet. Around 1000 calories a day.2. Be a nicer person and try to help more people out. 3. Get rid of all acne and try to wear less makeup.4. Try to get over the "just friends" guy that has lead me on and played mind games with me for a year.5. Change my style of clothing. Dress the way I want to.How to reach these?

Achieve #1 & #5 goal by buying an outfit in the size you want to be and hang in in the open for you to see everyday. #2 & #3 goal by becoming a volunteer at a nursing home, no one cares how you look with or without makeup in there and it will teach you kindness and patience. #4 goal will happen automatically when you achieve all of the above .Good luck , now go get em girl !!!

just take baby steps to start with, then everything will be easier. Don't aim too high. It's foolish! Those that do - always end up disappointed. For example just try gradually overtime changing your eating habits, it will then become easier etcGood luck!
