I have this huge pimple on the side of my nose. it ruptured and now it's like a sore. it's really bothering me and i wash my face like ALL the time, i apply acne medicine to it, i use zeno on it, i put toothpaste on it at night but nothing seems to work!(btw zeno is this pimple clearer machine. your apply it to your pimple and it gives off a low-controlled heat that causes the bacteria in the pimple to self-destruct.) i used it like twice when it wasn't popped and i waited like 2 days but nothing happened! DD;please give me some tips and whatnot.MUCHH APPRECIATED!<333

dont put anything on it now that its an open sore. its best to let it dry out so avoid puting anything on it after u wash ur face. in the future or even if that one heals up and is still there sometimes its helpful to put a steaming hot washcloth on it hold it there until it cools down and keep doing it (heat with hot water) this sometimes brings it to surface so it can heal faster!
