Hi: I mostly agree with the first two answers. Here is one link for the honey.
http://www.manukahoneyusa.com/About 3-4 weeks ago, I started taking apple cider vinegar for a digestive problem (not acid reflux). It seems to be helping, but I have to give it more time to know for sure. There are different opinions on the best dosage of ACV. This is what earthclinic.com says:As you know, Earth Clinic has recommended the standard 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of water 3x a day for years now. For more severe conditions, we recommended 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz of water 3x a day. We now think that less vinegar, more water is an optimal way of taking apple cider vinegar daily unless you are treating an acute condition like acid reflux, cough, bronchitis, or sore throat (in which case the stronger concoction of 2 TBS ACV to 8 OZ of water 3x a day recipe is suggested). Here are two links for ACV and acid reflux.
